3. Photographs
Show every side, attachment, base, visible connection, and damage.
4. Access route
Include stairs, turns, soft ground, parking, and carry distance.
5. Utilities
Identify electric, gas, plumbing, irrigation, drainage, and unknown lines.
6. Finish condition
State what should remain at the wall, slab, post, footing, or grade.
